Questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan never expires and has every slide type. Run as many sessions as you like with up to 50 people each.
Can I pay for just one event?
Yes. The event pass gives you Business for 7 days, up to 2,000 people per session, for KES 4,000 (or $30). It's one payment with nothing to cancel, for organisations that aren't already on a paid plan.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. Pay by M-Pesa or card, in Kenyan shillings or US dollars. A month is 30 days and a year is 365.
What happens when a session is full?
The limit is per session. Once it's reached, the next person to join is told the session is full; everyone already in carries on.
Can my team share one account?
Free and Starter are for one person. Pro includes up to 3 people and Business up to 10: invite colleagues from the Team page, and each signs in as themselves. A plan also runs a set number of live sessions at once (1 on Starter, 2 on Pro, 5 on Business), however many people are signed in. Self-paced sessions don't count towards it.
What happens if my plan runs out?
It keeps working for 3 days after the period ends. After that, renew or choose another plan, Free included, to keep making decks and running sessions. Your decks and past results stay exactly where they are.
Can I keep the results?
Results stay in your account after every session. On Pro and above you can also download them as spreadsheets and a printable report.
Does my audience need an app or an account?
No. They open buzzly.win in their phone's browser or scan the QR code, enter the code, pick a name and they're in.
